The Asiate Floor Manager maintains an efficient operation of the department and meets guests expectations for quality of the product and service. It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will help in the overall day to day operation, and long term outlook of our Restaurant. The Asiate Floor Manager will help create a pleasant dining environment and experience for guests. Duties and Responsibilities
? Support company's philosophy and company culture ? Provide excellent service at all time to all of our guests ? To manage proper staffing level ? To manage proper supplies level ? Assist Manager with scheduling, recruitment and interviewing for new colleagues ? Assist Manager with colleagues training and development ? To visit all of our guest tables during or after their meal, to ensure satisfaction ? To manage, coach, and counsel colleagues, including disciplinary procedures
? Have excellent communication and organization skills ? Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language ? Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays ? Be a self-motivator and motivator of others ? Work in a safe, prudent and organized manner ? Have an in-depth knowledge of food and preparation ? Have a in-depth knowledge of wine ? Be able to relate to all levels of guests and management ? Have a minimum of 3 years experience in similar position, preferably in luxury environment ? Have the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time ? Have the ability to handle guest requests in a detailed manner ?
